The Pennsylvania Association of Weights and Measures (PAWM) is registered with the PA Department of State as a non-stock, non-profit corporation. This privacy policy describes PAWM’s practices regarding information collected from visitors at this site.

PAWM does not collect any information from site visitors other than the visitor count or any information visitors offer voluntarily while submitting a consumer complaint or submitting information regarding the placing of a commercial device into service within the confines of the commonwealth. Consumer complaints and device notifications are submitted directly to the PA Department of Agriculture, Division of Weights and Measures in Harrisburg.
