Device Installation / Repair Notice

 Pennsylvania law requires commercial device sellers, owners, repairers or installers to report the installation of any newly installed device immediately to the PA Division of Weights and Measures in Harrisburg. This can be accomplished electronically by completing the form and clicking on submit.
