The Pennsylvania Association of Weights and Measures will accept and process complaints, inquiries, or requests for information and or assistance on issues relating to the purchase or sale of commodities or services by weight or measure. Please complete the following electronic form, following the directions carefully and including all pertinent information.
In the case of complaints, we will forward them to the appropriate Pennsylvania jurisdiction and will provide whatever advice or assistance we can, following up to assure that you get an answer.

Please explain your complaint in detail. Be sure to include dates, names, places, product or service details, amounts, etc. (Who,What,Where,When,How Much). Please retain all copies of important documents, receipts, cancelled checks, credit card receipts, weighmaster receipts, advertisements, pictures, etc.
